Clean for Teams — Exploring Collective Potential
Three days of practice with Caitlin Walker to deepen your ability to support groups in developing greater collaboration and self-organisation.
You will develop a facilitation stance that is more open, curious and attentive to what emerges within the group. You will practise recognising group dynamics and creating the conditions in which individual intelligences can reinforce and amplify one another.
Prerequisite: prior participation in Clean for Teams.
Prices per person:
- CHF 1,870 in a shared room occupied by two people;
- CHF 1,960 in a room for single occupancy.
Includes the training, two nights’ accommodation with breakfast, and daily packages for all three days.
Delivered in English with French interpretation.
